Sep 29, Monday

- Flight to Rome, Italy (self-arranged and paid for) *

Sep 30, Tuesday

- Arrive at Rome's Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) International Airport

-pick up and travel to Vallo Di Nera (2 hours)
-Settle in and walk around Vallo
-Welcome dinner at Taverna Bordone

Oct 1, Wednesday

- Short tour of Vallo
-Lunch at the house
-Trip to Spoleto to visit:
-Duomo
-Roman Amphitheater
-Roman house
-Art store
-Ceramic shop.
-Dinner in Spoleto

Oct. 2, Thursday

- Cooking Class and lunch with Paolo, Cascio Re
-Trip to Valnerina towns and hemp fiber museum
-Dinner in Scheggino

Oct 3, Friday

- Trip to Spello
-Dinner in Vallo at Tavera Bordone

Oct 4, Saturday

- Trip to Montefalco
-Lunch
-Tour town
-Linen factory
-Vineyards

Oct 5, Sunday

- Ricardo teaches us all about Focaccia bread using the older-than-you outdoor bread oven in the garden

Oct 6, Monday

- Guided tour and lunch in Assisi

Oct 7, Tuesday

- Travel day, we will leave early for the airport

*Flights are not included in the cost, you must arrange your own. We can give you advice on which flights to take because everyone needs to arrive in the morning so we can all take the vans to Vallo.

Small, carry-on suitcases are required. There is limited space in the vans.

This is a FUN, FUN, FUN trip, we hope you can join us and we want to have a SHOW (w/ vino & goodies) of everyone's work after we return. During our visit we will present tutorials, an embroidery project, and have sessions where we can brainstorm projects. AND, don't forget to pack your favorite small hand projects. Mixed media journals and pencils will be provided.
